Yudian’s photovoltaic-energy storage project, spanning both the Huli and Xiang'an industrial parks, makes smart use of previously idle rooftop space. By installing 781 solar panels on a 5,000-square-meter factory roof, the company has built a 492kW distributed solar power station paired with a 216kW/430kWh smart energy storage system. Preliminary projections show the integrated system will generate 430,000 kilowatt-hours (kWh) of green electricity annually, avoiding around 420 tons of carbon dioxide emissions each year.

Notably, the energy storage system in Yudian’s PV-ES integration project operates on a grid-connected and off-grid hybrid model. It can store unconsumed solar-generated electricity, providing disaster-resilient protection for critical equipment to ensure uninterrupted production. Additionally, the system leverages smart algorithms to dynamically adjust charging and discharging during peak and off-peak hours, effectively reducing the industrial park’s electricity costs.

Internally, Yudian has established an eco-friendly factory benchmark; externally, it helps hundreds of industries achieve energy conservation and cost reduction.Founded in 1991, Yudian has remained steadfastly focused on the research, development, and production of intelligent temperature controllers. For decades, the company has been dedicated to helping manufacturing across all industries achieve energy savings and cost reductions by providing high-quality products and premium services.

In recent years, Yudian has made significant breakthroughs in cascade temperature control technology and related fields, successively overcoming long-standing "bottleneck" challenges in sectors such as semiconductors, photovoltaics, and lithium batteries. These advancements have enabled the company to break foreign technological monopolies in these critical industries.

In the new energy sector, Yudian has collaborated with leading photovoltaic (PV) equipment manufacturers to achieve import substitution for temperature controllers. Through technical upgrades such as increasing heating rates, reducing overshoot, and shortening process cycles, the company has boosted production efficiency by 8%, enhancing both equipment utilization and product yield. These advancements have helped China’s PV industry consolidate its global leading position. Meanwhile, Yudian’s decade-long partnership with top lithium battery enterprises has supported the sector in achieving energy savings and cost reductions. In the semiconductor field—where reliability and performance requirements are extremely stringent—the company has entered the supply chain of leading semiconductor equipment manufacturers. Its superior temperature controllers, designed to meet the industry’s most demanding specifications, are now successfully integrated into semiconductor production processes.
