Process Overview:
The direct lamination stringing machine is capable of achieving the serial connection function for conventional TOPCon and HJT busbar-free solar cells. It addresses issues such as micro-cracks, broken grids, and short circuits caused by traditional soldering. Additionally, it solves micro-crack problems at small and negative spacing layers through flexible interconnection technology, eliminating the need for fluxes and effectively avoiding structural aging, flux contamination, and electrode corrosion. With flexible transport mechanisms and precise control systems, this equipment achieves a one-time flexible interconnection of solar cells, ribbons, and front and backside encapsulation films.
On-Site Application Details:
The heating method used in the direct lamination stringing machine is infrared low-temperature heating, with numerous temperature control points on the equipment using PT100 sensors for temperature measurement. After startup, the machine needs to quickly heat up to 100°C and then maintain a constant temperature. Rapid heating and stable temperature control are critical to ensuring the capacity of the equipment.
